We used pointfire as a multi-language solution and think that app screwed up our SPO site. I am trying to get my department started on a SharePoint site.
Upgrading can also be done manually. The typical sequence of events is to add the two apps into your app catalog, overwriting the previous version, then in each site that uses it click "Details" then "Get It" and "Trust It" if required for both the PointFire 365 and the PointFire 365 Modern apps. This is a recommended update release for PointFire 365 for SharePoint Online This release adds support for new and changed Microsoft functionality and corrects a number of issues in version 2.4.1.
